A fragrant perennial which thrives on neglect.
Used in small amounts, cooked with eggs, tomatoes and cheese, it makes an excellent addition to omelettes & chicken.
Once established it’s a low care plant, attractive to beneficial insects.

GROWING TIPS
Thyme seed germinates in 14 – 21 days.
The fine seed is scattered on the surface of the growing medium and lightly watered in.
To keep them moist it can help to bag up the tray and leave in a warm but not hot spot.
Cut back once as it flowers and not again till the next season.
Grows woody after 3 years & is best replaced.
Easily propagated by stem cuttings.
