The quintessential Thai chilli for all you curry and stir fry needs! The name translates to “chillies pointed toward the sky. When the 6-inch easy to harvest fruits are picked while still green, their medium heat is ideal for Thai green curry paste, stir fries, satay/dipping sauce. When harvested red the chillies can be dried and also powdered.

SOIL PREFERENCES

PH 5.5 – 7

Rich, well-drained friable soil.

Avoid high nitrogen fertilisers.

GROWING TIPS

Sow in trays 3mm deep. 10 – 21 days till germination.

Transplant 30cm apart in full sun and keep moist.

Avoid high nitrogen fertilisers or leaf growth will be promoted over fruit.

Prefers warmer temps.
