A robust perennial herb not commonly used as a culinary herb as it is more bitter than its French counterpart.
It has been used in herbal medicine, and as with all our “medicinal” herbs we urge you to consult with a professional regarding those possible applications.
The herb can be eaten fresh, frozen or dried.

GROWING TIPS
Germination is 14-21 days.
The fine seed is scattered on the surface of the growing medium and lightly watered in.
Can be harvested up until a month before the first frost.
Harvest in the morning when the aromatic oils are at their height.
Use scissors to avoid crushing the delicate plant.
A big root system – drought hardy.
