PARSLEY – CURLY LEAF

(PETROSELINUM CRISPUM)

A staple herb in any kitchen, this curly leaf variety has a milder flavour than it’s flat leafed cousin. Perfect for adding a hint of fresh parsley to your dishes.

Best grown in a sunny position, parsley prefers to be direct sown and will often bolt to seed if transplanted.

Harvest by tearing off outside leaves at ground level.
