An Italian dwarf silverbeet that grows fast and produces compact bunches of green tender leaves.

Pick outer leaves first and continue to pick throughout winter or harvest like pak choi.

GROWING TIPS

Direct sow or seedling tray 10mm-20mm deep and keep moist.

Plant or thin to 20-40cm apart.

To harvest; cut each stem.  The plant will continue to produce over a long period.

Cold, but not frost hardy.
