Physalis and Tomatillos
PHYSALIS: COSSAK PINEAPPLE
Also known as a ground cherry. A cousin of the Golden Nugget Physalis, this variety has an intense flavour reminiscent of …you guessed it…Pineapple!
As with all physalis fruits it comes replete with it’s own gift-wrapping of a delicate husk which is a joy to peel open and reveal the delicious berry within!
