A beautiful, edible ornamental with bright green leaves and deep red veins. Flavour is delightfully lemony and makes a wonderful addition to salads, sandwiches, or a pesto with a unique twist!

When planting be aware that once in your garden sorrel is very difficult to remove so find a permanent spot preferably with full sun and enjoy for years to come!

Deep, rich, well-drained soil.

GROWING TIPS

Direct sow 5mm deep 30cm apart or raise in trays and transplant once plants are 5-10cm tall, and plant 30cm apart.

Keep soil moist.

Will bolt in hot temperatures so avoid sowing in heat.
