A Borlotti (Kidney) bean speckled pink on white that turns brown when
cooked. The pods are vibrant red and white. A good high producing bean that can provide winter protein with soups, casseroles, and bean dishes. It is the go-to variety for an authentic Italian minestrone soup!

GROWING TIPS
Direct sow 5cm deep-water once after sowing and not again till they germinate.
Space 10-15cm apart. Pick daily to encourage production. Sow at 10-day intervals for continuous harvest. It can be trellised but does not strictly require it.
